All services provided by LEIA Guide are billed based on time, labor, and expertise already invested. Because our work is service-based and often customized to each client, all fees paid are non-refundable and paid in advance. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 7 days of service so we can address the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Adjustments or corrections may be offered at our discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.
